All about you
You're a busy professional, parent, or perhaps both, but definitely someone who'd like the advantages of an active lifestyle (losing weight, toning up and feeling great, plus all the health stuff) whilst having a life.
You're human. However much you'd like a Baywatch body, working out twice a day whilst surviving on lettuce isn’t realistic. Or sociable. It’s all about gaining the benefits whilst finding the right balance for you.
Perhaps you’re getting a bit rounder each year and suddenly your favourite clothes feel uncomfortably tight. Your babies are getting older but that baby belly simply won't shift. You used to bound up the tube escalators and now sheepishly stand on the right, disappointed they’re a bit too much to tackle. You're recovering from an injury and are not sure how to get your mobility and fitness back safely. Or you have no energy and just feel tired all the time.
It doesn't have to be like this any more.
Committing to yourself
Before embarking on a programme to improve something about yourself, ask "How much do I want to feel better about the body I’m in?" If the answer is ‘A lot’ perhaps you’ve decided now is the time to get back to where you used to be - maybe even better!
The moment you commit to yourself, I will commit to getting you there. Not just by having the occasional session together but working within your lifestyle, creating sustainable ways to fully support you in successfully reaching your goals.
It's much easier when you're enjoying yourself rather than being bawled at or 'beasted'. Although it won't be a walk in the park (unless that's what you're after), you will leave every session fulfilled, happy and on a high. Don't just take my word for it though, read what it feels like to be heading towards the person you want to be here. Oh, and you can take me up on a no-quibble 30 day money back guarantee to make sure your commitment is the right one for you.

All about me
A long, long time ago at the end of my twenties, a slightly blurry decade filled with parties, friends, bubbles and fun, I reckoned heading towards the ripe old age of 30 I'd better start thinking long term about my health. From an almost literal standing start of not being able to run a minute I got my healthy head on, stuck to a training schedule and finished the London marathon eight months later.
I’ve never been quite as enthusiastic since, but still enjoy a fit and healthy lifestyle, realising it's all about balance rather than a six-pack and no life. I'm never happier than when enjoying the great outdoors, inhaling fresh air and delighting in the elements (even the wet ones). Having been lucky enough to have hiked, run, dived and sailed in, under and on the most incredible places around the world, I now take advantage of the parks and commons of our beautiful city around Balham, Streatham, Tooting & Wandsworth. I'm also a huge advocate of the physical and mental benefits of cold water swimming and can be found most days at Tooting Lido in temperatures as low as one degree.
My qualifications include Level 3 Personal Training incorporating Applying Principals of Nutrition to a Physical Activity Programme, Level 3 Adapting Exercise for Ante Natal and Post Natal Clients, Level 3 Life Coaching, STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming, STA Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Swimming, Level 2 Fitness Instructing, Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work, Biology BSc. Hons (First Class) including Anatomy & Physiology, PADI IDCS Staff Instructor (scuba diving) and RYA Yachtmaster Offshore.
I believe health and fitness should be accessible to everyone, not just super toned gym bunnies living on treadmills who wouldn't dream of having a takeaway - ever. Perish the thought! I like helping people realise their potential in a supportive, enjoyable environment and would love the chance to help you.
All about us
Can we actually enjoy ourselves whilst working hard at getting you where you’d like to be? Of course we can!
Whether you’re a seasoned exerciser or just starting out, I’ll take the daunting out of training and replace it with informative conversation, encouragement and good humour.
Your comfort is my prerogative and I’ll make sure every moment we share is safe, effective and fun. You’ll quickly find yourself at ease and strangely looking forward to the next session. Exercise and laughter go so well together.
As for the great outdoors, here are some of the many benefits you’ll experience:
Instead of being surrounded by lycra-clad gym bunnies and grunting muscle men, you’ll enjoy the 1-1 privacy of the beautiful open spaces London has to offer.
