Fitness Basecamp - 1 session weekly

A good option if you're new or returning to fitness to get you started, or as a boost to your current training regime.

You'll notice an increase in your general fitness and core strength and it can be used as a base for further training if required.

Fit & Fabulous - 2 sessions weekly

Those choosing twice a week appear  more motivated towards a healthier lifestyle. They actively seek guidance outside sessions and are more likely to stay active as it becomes routine.

This is the most popular frequency and has yielded fantastic success stories, especially with the six months option.

Fitness Peak - 3 sessions weekly 

For total body transformation. We will work closely together on all aspects of your life to maximise those results and support will constantly be on hand.

It's more intense and requires a higher level of commitment, but expect phenomenal, life-changing results.


The PT Process

Workout sessions will account for around just 1% of your week, and with the best will in the world they'll have limited impact. If all you need is to spend an hour or two a week exercising, there are much cheaper (or free!) ways of doing it.

The process is all about you. I'll record your body measurements, fitness and strength then take time to understand your expectations. We'll discuss what's possible to achieve within your time and budget and set your goals, then I'll help you reach them with a combination of the sessions themselves and advice on activity and nutrition outside them. If you follow it, you will get results, ones you'll benefit from long term.
